My sessions with Keziah have been really helpful in helping me to look at situations from a different perspective and getting me into a positive mindset. At the start of the session, she makes sure to ask how I'm feeling before the session and at the end to get an idea of my head space. It was nice to get her opinion on things that had occurred between sessions and there were set actions that she had encouraged me to do in order to reach goals that I had put to her. Overall, my sessions with Keziah have been really insightful and I still put into practice some of the advice given.

Prayer initially helped me out of what I was going through.
